I’m a Product Designer focused on building thoughtful, scalable digital products in complex, real-world environments.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked across fintech, Insurtech, e-commerce, logistics and microfinance, designing systems used by frontline teams operating under constraints like low connectivity, high operational pressure, and diverse user needs. My work sits at the intersection of human-centered design, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
I’ve led and contributed to end-to-end product design, from discovery and research through UX strategy, prototyping, usability testing, and delivery — collaborating closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders across multiple regions. I’m particularly experienced in offline-first design, CRO-centric workflows, and accessibility-aware interfaces, where clarity, trust, and reliability are critical to adoption.
What drives my work is impact. I care deeply about designing products that reduce friction, respect users’ realities, and make complex processes feel simple and dependable. Whether I’m mapping journeys, validating assumptions through testing, or refining UI details, my goal is always the same: to design products that genuinely work for the people who rely on them.
